Following Design Yak’s review of the 1972 olympics which we’re a great fan of, Alan Clarke has a new take on the Wolf Olins 2012 Olympic branding. Personally I think this is where they should have gone with this but hey what do I know.
Always a favourite amongst designers, 1972 Olympic heralds iconic status for the graphics that represented it. Here is a few examples that hopefully London 2012 will follow for inspiration.
